Some causes of indoor air pollution include, intake vents located near loading docks, leakage of automotive emissions from basement garages, improperly maintained ventilation systems and air filtration, infectious agents in the ventilation air conditioning system and dust and debris from construction or remodeling.

Polluted indoor air can affect the buildings occupants. Typical complaints are illnesses such as colds, headaches, allergies, eye, nose, throat irritation, dizziness and nausea. There may also be damage to computers and other equipment. Cleaning a building's ventilation system can save up to 25-30% in utility efficiency.

The EPA estimates lost productivity due to poor air quality at $60 billion annually. The American Lung Association, American Academy of Allergy & Immunology, the EPA and American Medical Association all agree that poor indoor air quality is a serious health hazard. The growing number of lawsuits is an indication of this problem.

While our competitors have failed to meet today's standards, Mighty Ducts prides itself on the most powerful equipment available. We use superior state of the art equipment. Mighty Ducts truck is the vacuum and the truck engine is the power. The fan pulls approximately 10,500 cubic feet of air per minute through the heating and cooling system. Combine that with our on board compressor that delivers 200 pounds of compressed air per inch and you have a system that can handle any commercial building. Mighty Ducts uses infra-red cameras so that we can see inside the ductwork as we clean and can inspect it after to work is complete.

Prior to cleaning any air duct, our technicians spend several months in training. They are courteous and considerate when entering your office, ensuring that your workplace is kept clean and the job is done right.
